As Real Estate Agents we must ensure our clients have all the information required to complete a successful sale. Take a moment to peruse these notable documents pictured below.

**The Exclusive Sale and Listing Agreement outlines the agreement between the Real Estate Firm and Seller**

The Listing Input Sheet details all the pertinent and material information needed to post the listing to the MLS.

Mold, Moisture, and Your Home provides information on the health hazards of mold and moisture in the home in addition to the physical damage it can do to the structure of your home.

Lead Paint is no longer used however, in homes built prior to 1978 it was a major player. This informational disclosure explains the hazards of lead paint.
